freearcade.games is a few games that run in your browser. This page says plainly what happens to your information, because an advertising network is involved and you are entitled to know.

Nothing. The games run entirely on your device. Your progress is a save code that is shown to you and never sent anywhere — if you lose it, nobody has a copy, including us. No account, no login, no email address.
This site does not show adverts. There is no advertising network on it, no advertising cookie is set by it, and nothing about your visit is sent to an advertiser. If that ever changes this page will say so before it does.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which games people play and for how long. It records things like which page you arrived on, which game you started, how long a level took and whether you finished it. It does not record your name, your email address or anything you type, and there is no account to sign into anywhere on this site.
Analytics sets its own cookies. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland nothing is measured until the consent message below has been answered — the same message that governs advertising. Everything the game itself remembers — your times, your save, the levels you build — stays in your own browser and is never sent anywhere.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are shown a consent message before any personalised advertising cookie is set, and nothing is set until you answer it. That message is provided through Google's certified consent management platform. Your answer is remembered on your own device, and you can change it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the message back on your next visit.
Where consent is refused, adverts still appear but are non-personalised — they are chosen from the page you are on rather than from anything about you.
No advert appears on a page while a game is being played. Adverts are only on the pages that describe the games.
If you use a live battle or use a phone as a controller, the two devices are introduced by a public matchmaking service and then talk directly to each other. What passes between them is button presses and game state. It is not recorded here.
If you add a game to your home screen, the files are cached on your device so it works offline. That cache is yours; clearing your browser data removes it.
These games are suitable for general audiences. The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Questions about any of this — including a request to know what is held about you, which in almost every case is nothing — can go through the contact page. This notice may change; the version you are reading is the current one, and the date at the top says when it last moved.
